I ended up not using it much because it was dirtier and more uncomfortable than I hoped. Additionally, it comes with a carrying case, a small urinal cup and a silicone hose. It had a strap to carry the cup but ours was broken which was the first scam. Second, you have to pull your pants down to use them or they block the flow even with silicone tubing. The urinal glass is definitely not big enough for the dehydrated and I would only use it for storage. The good thing is that you can pinch the end so you don't pee all over the place. It's easy to clean. I think if I was on a long hike it would be useful. I wouldn't use it for camping.
