We are able to leverage our existing infrastructure (AWS) in order to build out this solution for us, which has been critical as we have continued growing at an exponential rate over time! The support team provides excellent guidance throughout all phases from getting started through implementation & post-deployment services.

I haven't found anything that would be considered "bad" about using their service so far - everything was great until they announced discontinuation last year. If you're looking for something simple but robust then look no further than Ironcore's platform/service offerings. They do it right every step along way ensuring proper documentation process, etc., while providing clear communication during each phase.
