Updated: I have a second bag from the company. My first pocket review is at the end of this review. My first bag was returned for a full refund. The company later contacted me and offered a free bag after my previous disappointment. I have been informed that quality/quality control has been improved. The second bag works great. Again, it has all the organizational pockets that I love. It's important to me to be able to ask someone (my husband) to take something out of a bag and tell them exactly where to find it. He hates looking through a black hole to find something, so order is the key to happiness! The stitching on this bag is much better and so far it's holding up well. I like the bag very much! Seems like it should last a long time with normal wear. Unfortunately I have a seam that was not sewn well. About an inch of canvas is missing at the knit line so I can see the raw edge of the canvas on the padded bag. The skipped stitches don't weaken the pocket as they are at the top of the pocket and not in the side/bottom seam, but that's a little disappointing. On the other hand, you love all the pockets and space. I am 5 years 18 months old and have enough space in my wallet for snacks, drinks, books, coloring books, crayons, baby diapers and everything else I need. The crossover strap is long enough to be worn in any mode and accommodates a taller person. **UPDATE: I ended up getting my bag back after a month. This month, I left my bag in my car so I wouldn't run to the store, church, or restaurant. I didn't wear it continuously and it still managed to fall apart quickly in that short time. The end of the zipper came loose, so I had to be careful how far I opened the bag. Then the cross strap clip broke. Those two imperfections and the already exposed seam were enough to make me want to throw in the towel before it got any worse. I couldn't wear it by the strap anymore, which was pretty inconvenient. I really liked the look of the bag and I got a few compliments. It was easy to organise, which is very important to me. And it didn't look like a giant diaper bag, just a big bag. At that time I would have ordered another bag, but the gray striped one was sold out.
