Review on 📱 2021 Eonon GA2186: Double Din Android Stereo with Navigation, Android Auto, Apple Carplay, WiFi, Fast Boot, and Backup Camera Support by Christopher Bates

updated 3/11 Well I bought this unit based on reviews but it arrived dead in the box so I can't tell you more than say my first impression . Support hasn't responded for three days, I've checked that the device has power, the fuses are fine, but the device won't turn on. Also, the size of the double din ring is about 8mm wider than most double din mounting rings you have to buy in the aftermarket, so be careful. I found one from Pumpkin that fits in the unit but is larger and leaves a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom. I thought double din was a standard and not subjective, but I'll find something that fits the device. The word here is caution when installing in your vehicle to retain all trim rings and parts as this unit does NOT come with a matching trim ring. UPDATE: So I sent the unit back to Eonon and they received it 3/4 and I emailed them a few days later to ask for a replacement unit. They waited another 7 days for a reply and when I finally got it via email, they refunded the money and told me to order again. It's like jumping through a hoop. It's lightweight and the wires are labeled a little weird, e.g. B.EXT. GND is for your parking brake, not GND like you might expect, but the larger black wire is GND - actual ground. I will update my review when support gets back to me, but I have a non-working device at the moment. update #2m expert (seller) did not send a replacement. they just gave me back the money and asked me to buy the device at a higher price. I may have balked at a crappy purchase after reading other reviews.
