Perfect Stretch is the best in my rating
I love love love this hat. I've been looking everywhere for a hat for my one year old. (The hats were either too big or too small) this hat fit him perfectly, it has enough stretch to wear it all winter and maybe next winter, I'm so happy with this purchase.
- It's so perfectly laid out inside
- The hat may not be waterproof, causing discomfort and moisture in rainy or humid weather.
