Review on Ybug by Junrey Jewel

We use an open-source product called "YBUG" by Cogito for this purpose - it is easy enough that anyone can quickly set up their own instance of using our testing suite software without needing much technical knowledge! It would be great if they could support multiple browsers in future though (Chrome not supported). Support requests are answered very promptly too which I appreciate as we do have quite high volume here at work sometimes :) There's nothing really bad about having only Chrome working but there should also come time when you will need more than one option available so maybe consider supporting both Google Chromium & Opera versions? This has been super helpful since most people who visit these pages tend towards being nontechnical themselves meaning everyone feels able to contribute ideas easily via chat platforms such like Slack etc., rather then through emailing back / forth.
