This is my second purchase of their burners. I bought it because of the windscreen and the piezo ignition. It works great for a month or two and then it fails. Usually the regulator fails. And then the spark ignition (why I bought it) failed, and then the controller failed. The customer service basically implied that everything was messy and it was my fault too. And here I see a clean unit. I'm sick of this approach and just thought I'd respond with an open review. I would never buy it for emergencies. I'm going back to an old-fashioned $29 Coleman two-burner unit I bought at Walmart that I've been using for four years and has year-round exposure to the weather. The Coleman Two Burner Stove is inexpensive and reliable, and using other products has shown me the value of the Coleman Two Burner Camping Stove.
