Review on Swingmail Bot by Mark Strong

It's easy to use, simple interface that allows you do anything about your emails without having any technical skills or knowledge needed! I have had some difficulties with it but most of them are resolved by their quick support team over chat/email in less than 24 hours!! Easy way for me as user since almost everything was done through my laptop using google chrome. The product offers great features such us mass mailing (sending multiple copies at once) creating campaigns etc which made easier our tasks while managing an international call center. ! This product has been very flexible to use, it's easy to get started with and it's not difficult to expand upon the bot functions. The documentation could be improved in some areas, but that should be expected from any software developer product. Getting users up and using the bot without manual setup is one of the key benefits this product offers. No more time wasted on manually setting up user accounts! This makes everything easier and quicker to set up.
