Not worth the money and dangerous
Not only did the collar NOT have a reassuring effect on our foster mother, but because it stretched as she scratched her neck, she pulled it out and then hooked it into her mouth. The only way to prevent this is to tighten it so much that it cuts off the air flow. So I think if choking is the company's idea of "soothe down" then it will work like a charm. I prefer my adopted children to survive to be adopted.
