To my surprise, this headset not only saved my roommates' sanity, it also helped my Sim when driving: I can now hear more detail in my headphones than with open speakers! For example, I find that I can now hear the sounds of tires approaching their traction limit earlier than before and take corrective action more quickly. It also makes the whole experience more immersive and brings all the sound closer to my ears! I have no experience with other gaming headsets but I find this EasySMX gaming headset to have an edge over the much more expensive WH-XB900 non-gaming headset due to the way it transfers audio from the PC to the headset. headset has.
