Review on Mega Racer Combo Halogen Headlight by Hals Martin

When I received them I tested them immediately with a battery that I keep charged. One of the lights didn't come on. Verification with the Mantis 10X binoculars revealed that the filament was unplugged from the factory. I'm not sure how many tests they run (1/100, 10/100, etc) but one passed.
