Revainrating 5 out of 5

Best product I have ever reviewed, I recommend it to everyone!

I read some negative reviews about the sound of the speakers. The sound of the laptop is very decent. Just do not forget that this is a laptop, and not to say that it is thick. Even some kind of bass is present and high. You can't jump over your head anyway. There are laptops with better sound, but they are much thicker and more expensive. Otherwise, you can't deceive the laws of physics. And most importantly - the acoustics, which in terms of sound overlap the sound of a laptop, whose sound is considered one of the best and which costs like five of these, it costs only a few thousand. Even if there is not enough space - we take any decent active shelf monitors and it's done. Therefore, it makes no sense to use the built-in sound at home at all, unless you simply drag it to another place for a while. Many videos say to be careful when removing the cover. In principle, they are right, but in fact, you just don’t need to tear anything off with force - you gently snap off the cover around the perimeter from the bottom to the side ventilation grilles, then from the back, and after that the places near the grilles are snapped off with your fingernail easily and naturally. I have never disassembled laptops of this series, but everything went like clockwork, the process of removing the cover, installing a 4TB SSD and assembling it back took 15 minutes. It's all about Lenovo Legion 5 17ACH6H with Ryzen 7 5800H and RTX3060, otherwise the reviews are porridge from various previous models.

Pros
  • Excellent strict design, in general, very decent workmanship. In quiet mode, not just quiet, but silent. Comfortable keyboard. The Insert and Delete keys are smashed, as they should be, and even the block of arrows is separate, otherwise it is very pleasing when a 15-17 "laptop with a seemingly full keyboard turns out to be with reduced cursor keys surrounded by larger others and Ins / Del on one button - ergonomics from "Uh ." Here there is no such thing - a keyboard for working and playing for hours. The screen is very decent, there are some small blemishes at the bottom but they are not noticeable during normal use, especially compared to many laptops where the glare in the corners is large and so bright that they are visible when watching movies. The keyboard and front panel do not get hot. Generally. Under no circumstances - not after three hours of playing heavy games, not after transcoding almost a terabyte of video from the camera. Well, for the money, the performance is excellent.
Cons
  • Keyboard backlighting is white with "three" levels - off, bright and very bright. It would be great if it were green and even if there were two active levels, but the first one would be "just visible in the dark", but the second one could already be "I am a laser". No, the first level is quite tolerable, but in complete darkness it is still bright. Cooling cools well, but when the processor is in turbo mode, it emphasizes the word "turbo" well. Like a jet plane warming up its engines. It doesn’t interfere with headphones, but it’s worth forgetting about using speakers or about the fact that there may be someone in the same room with you who is disturbed by noise. However, there are many options for creating settings in which the processor does not try to overclock above the stock 3.2GHz and use this mode for most tasks - the processor in turbo mode is only needed in a few of the most difficult games with "all on ultra" settings or working with fancy models in CAD / CAM .
