Total disappointment, the product is terrible.
What an absolute scandal. After working normally for two days, it suddenly started turning off by itself. The instructions state that it will cut off after all of the water has been used up even if the tank is still full. They started to comprehend the word: tadam! There is no live technical assistance available from Xiaomi. Nothing more than a meaningless chat bot and email. As a direct consequence of this, rather than being a satisfying buy, the issue is for $5,000. Despite the fact that I have always had a positive opinion of Xiaomi, I anticipate that this will soon change. This is not something that I would suggest anyone else buy.
