I usually buy more expensive gym equipment so I had low expectations but I'm pleasantly surprised by this little bag! It's big enough to hold some essentials (camera lens, snacks, phone) but small enough to carry around for hours. And the soundproofing is great! We were out in the 107 heat and this pack kept the water cold the entire time. The insulated straw tube was a huge bonus - other packages we have have see-through tubes that delivered a few sips of sun-warmed water every time (phew!), but not this one. to fill. We didn't have a leak when it was sealed. The bladder is placed in a pocket within the bag that holds it in place and separates it from other items in the bag.
