When you're near the camera, it simply connects to the phone app over Wi-Fi, but while it claims to be able to connect to the network, it doesn't. No remote display connection instructions. I reserved an IP address for it and uploaded it to ap but still nothing. NO WEB ACCESS. In fact, you have to constantly switch from a camera connection to a normal Wi-Fi connection to download updates etc. The "Change on the fly" function also doesn't work that way. You cannot change settings without pausing the photo, and even when recording is paused, some settings cannot be changed. And the schedule didn't work either. I set it to only fire during the day, but it fired every half hour all night. Definitely not worth what I paid. Very disappointed.
