Requires a stand mount, sold separately

Although a product states that mounting hardware is included, that does not mean it is complete. Although the product description doesn't make this clear, you'll also need to purchase one of the three mounting kits that are said to be sold separately. However, the A-frame trailer mounting kit is not available through either Revain or the manufacturer. So it's only half of the bike rack and you can't buy the other half.
