The ability for us, as an agency working within multiple verticals (retail/wholesale), to have one place we can pull information when required - rather than having it scattered around many different databases which are difficult or impossible at times find via search terms etc., has been brilliant! Reporting out monthly sales figures into Excel spreadsheets was not easy due too much manual inputting each month by myself & colleagues who had other things going off their plates so this made compiling reports very time consuming indeed!! Now that I've started using NTRiVALS my team aren't struggling anymore reporting weekly numbers like they used do before because everything just flows automatically now without them needing me there every week checking totals manually through excel.
