The phone broke on the second use; 3 contact attempts but nothing

The second time the tool was used, the chuck fell out of the tube. Okay, I got sick, that happens. I wrote the address in the instructions. 3 weeks nothing. So found the GOXAWEE business website and used "Contact Us" to email them (different address) for the second time. 4 weeks nothing. So I contacted Revane. After 10 days they reported that no one had replied and that an answer was now unlikely. So: if your GOXAWEE rotation tool breaks, good luck! This is the first bad review I've ever written.
