Ideal. But.! best fireplaces

I love my Aspen E-Flame heater except for one! When you turn on the stove/fan, there is a knock under the hood. Low or high temperature. It vibrates. I know I can play around with it a bit and the knock will go away. Otherwise it's everything I hoped for. Looks so pretty, feels solid and the flame effect is mesmerizing making me feel totally warm and cozy with or without the heater. I haven't wintered with him yet, but I have a feeling he'll do his job and more!
