The product is made by Grohe, a top notch company, so I bought the device NAME. You can't go wrong with the brand name. Not sure if there is any outside tech support but the guy who helped me wasn't helpful. My Sense Guard does not connect to the internet. I've tried several times, read the instructions several times so the technician tells me that in most cases it's the customer who skips the step. I went through all the steps with a technician at least 3 times to make sure I didn't miss a step. The technician said he had never heard of this problem, MY LUCK. Now he wants to escalate my problem to the second level (whatever that means) and they will contact me AAAA NOOO. If this device has problems from the start, why should I accept this device? The technician refused to replace the device. I hung up, called Revine, replacement is in 48 hours, I plug it in and problem should be solved. My advice is to send it back via Revain. You can have an hour on the phone with a technician who wants to report an issue, or call Revain and request a time slot for a new device.
