I love to cook so I have a lot of different spices and dried herbs. I've always done my best to keep them well organized, but they actually took up an entire closet shelf next to the stove and it was a breeze to find the one I wanted without knocking others. looking for something different and i'm really glad i decided to try this. First I measured the room to make sure it would fit and it fits the space perfectly. All of my regular sized spice jars are now neat and organized, and I've separated/organized them by type so I always know where to get what I need. The top is flat and strong, with a rim around it. It's perfect for me, I have enough room on my closet for things like cornstarch, baking soda and liter jars of spices that I buy in bulk and use a lot at once (like chilli powder, curry powder). etc.). I would buy it again in a heartbeat and can only recommend it. Remember to measure your space. If this isn't quite right, there are similar products in other sizes, or other sizes to suit other spaces.
