Simple and economical!

Easy for beginners! I'm very proud of how my sushi turned out and this is my first time making it. Easy instructions, very nice rolls with a very very sharp knife which came in handy for making thin cuts for the top. Overall a great set for the price! I made six large rolls for dinner tonight and considering how much it would cost to order them from a restaurant, this set has already paid for itself!
