It's easy for companies that are looking for flexible solutions without having to build their product from scratch or have expensive capital expenses like containers and trucks. They've been able to implement our system quickly at no cost which has allowed us to begin solving other transportation issues such as supply chain management & inventory control. We're still in an early stage so there isn't much I dislike right now but they could definitely improve customer service by communicating more often via email instead just through Slack channels. The biggest benefit is being connected to multiple teams within our organization who can use this tool together rather than using 3 different tools individually.
