Disclaimer: I received this product for free in order to be able to give an honest review. the flashlight I've ever used. I have two 2000 lumen dive lights and this one is a shame. Selecting the brightest setting literally illuminates an area 40 feet wide by 150 feet long as if it were daylight. I'm not exaggerating, you'll be amazed that this little lantern can be so bright! Please remember that this is a dive light and does not contain enough cooling to withstand the full brightness from the water for very long periods of time. Heats up after about 2 minutes of full load operation. It's hot enough that I'm afraid to keep it at this level any longer. Underwater is a different story, as water quickly absorbs heat. I haven't tested it beyond 60 feet, but it was fine at that depth. You can run it without water for a long time on the two lower settings with no heat issues, but don't do it at full power for long. This thing is an absolute BEAST at full power!
