Review on HD Pro Webcam C920 - 1080p Streaming Widescreen Video Camera with Built-in Microphone for Desktop and Laptop Recording by Tony Basler

I work in IT and this webcam has become my favorite for anyone who needs it. Excellent video and audio quality, no setup required, plug it into a Windows 10 PC and it just works - which is invaluable when you rely on end users (because you don't have the staff to help with the installation to help). Unfortunately, they seem to have changed the situation sometime between last year and this, so the microphone part doesn't work until you download and install the Logitech Tune software, and then turn on the microphone. I couldn't even install the software, it just got stuck on "Installing Logi Tune 0%". Just to make sure I'm not crazy I tried one of the ones I got last year and everything worked with no problems. A huge pain and totally defeats the purpose of buying these cameras.
