Review on Cuisinart BDH 2 Blade Disc Holder by Nathan Pintac

Does the job but is pretty bulky for what it contains. I would have preferred something flatter, even if the discs are overlapping. What it does requires a lot of valuable counter or shelf space. It also looks like a cheap display. If you have a lot of extra space the convenience of this holder is hard to beat, but I'm currently looking at alternatives. It also doesn't block anything. When the holder is moved, it is not uncommon for the dough knife to dislodge from its position and simply rest on the lid, waiting for it to fall out.
