Winter Weight Safety Vest
I ordered this as a winter safety vest, meaning I expect it to go over multiple layers, and ordered it larger. As such, the weight and stretch are irrelevant. This has solid cloth which would be too hot in the summer here in Arizona (I purchased an all-mesh vest for summer wear). It seems well made with many pockets, but I do not anticipate using for several months until cold weather sets in.
