I love how easy it is for me as an admin user, not only do you have all of your employees tasks but they are also able to see when someone else will be taking over or if there's any other changes that need made so we don't miss anything out! Nothing yet because everything seems great at this point though!! We've been using Ike since about 3 years ago now (we're still new) however with our organization growing more each year some people were getting confused trying find something simple like what project was next etc., plus sometimes projects would go missing from my inbox which left us scrambling looking everywhere just hoping nothing got missed off somewhere.
Now its much easier than before thanks to being integrated into Outlook instead having multiple apps open up & clicking around between them everytime i wanted info/help /etc..
