My husband is just over 6 feet tall and weighs 250 pounds. He bought the XXL size to wear under dresses and work shirts. He reports that these shirts are very comfortable, pleasant to the touch, with no tags to bother him. The XXL size fit well but he said if he bought it for a shirt that could be worn without a top shirt the size would go to 3XL.
