The software is very effective and easy to use. I can pull my reports within minutes with this software. I dislike the fact that the software is extremely slow at times when loading. If it is loading slow then it could be loading more quickly. Omnicontext is effective for our company. We are able to track and track all the data we need to run our business. We are also able to determine where our IT processes are effective and where they are not and make changes to our processes. The tool is easy to use, it is extremely fast, and it has a great support team. It can be used in many different environments and applications. There are no major drawbacks, I would like to see more integration of the platform with other 3rd party tools, such as Salesforce. We have been using Omnicontext to integrate our various systems and gather information from them. This has allowed us to improve our service offerings and increase customer satisfaction.
