Customer Attention! I installed two new 2TB drives in a RAID 1 configuration and formatted and copied 800GB of data onto the drives. A week later, a message appeared on my screen saying the discs were unreadable and needed to be formatted. Nothing else worked so I had to format and lost all my data! Data for more than 10 years! All gone! This should be a safe way to store data across 2 drives. But the box ruined the wheels. So all data was lost. I was forced to format and remove the drives before sending the box back for a refund. Tripp Lite is old electronics.
