As someone who values their health and household i really appreciate this grass-fed protein concentrate. It mixes well and has a great taste that I look forward to after a workout. According to my experience, it`s been helpful in maintaining my energy levels throughout the day... My only gripe is that it can be a bit expensive compared to other protein powders on the market..
