This DVD is exactly what I was looking for. I'm between beginner and intermediate - it's perfect for my level (he has levels for advanced riders too. Kat explains the different positions very well and I understood it easily. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because - for HORRIBLE music - seriously it's so bad I don't pick music and play my own It was very surprising and disappointing as anyone familiar with rotation knows music is a must - it helps with Rhythm, speed and overall vibe - so I'm having a hard time understanding why they made a great video with horrible, stunning music, other than that I highly recommend it (just plan on using your own tunes!).
