Amazing and easy black garlic!

Every year we grow our own garlic and wanted to try growing black garlic and are very happy with this machine! The strain we're growing is a hardy strain called "Music" that does very well in our basement, but we wanted to try something new. We filled the container with unpeeled, full garlic bulbs and then set reminders on our phone to come back in 9 days. to remove the garlic. Keep in mind! Do not use this device at home. We put it in one of our outbuildings and it smelled like a garlic bomb had gone off. If you use this in your home, it will probably make your home smell like garlic all the time. When you take out the garlic, you can see it shrinks a bit, but the heads come out right away, and we've been storing black garlic in a net ever since. Bags in our pantry and use them as needed. With this device they are perfect! They mix and spread with very little effort and taste fantastic. It has a smoky, balsamic flavor and is simply delicious! Don't listen to other reviews that say you can only use elephant garlic! This works with all garlic. Yes, the taste of regular garlic can be bitter when eaten on its own, it is very strong and is great for cooking.
