This machine is great

I've cooked blackened garlic a lot and also blackened onions which is pretty damn interesting too. I really like this machine and now that I have it I can't do without it in my kitchen. Actually I'm going to buy a 12 liter model next. The blackened garlic came out very tasty. The paper on top of the garlic was crispy and crackled to the touch. Amazing and easy black garlic!

Every year we grow our own garlic and wanted to try growing black garlic and are very happy with this machine! The strain we're growing is a hardy strain called "Music" that does very well in our basement, but we wanted to try something new. We filled the container with unpeeled, full garlic bulbs and then set reminders on our phone to come back in 9 days. to remove the garlic. Keep in mind! Do not use this device at home. Poor general purpose fermenter, lid not hygienic

I bought it for yoghurt making with the added requirement that the unit maintain a constant temperature. Temperature control is relatively accurate here. I made a batch of yogurt at 39 degrees for 24 hours, regularly checking the temperature with a heat gun for accuracy. When the fermenter is opened, the temperature is about 41.5°C and gradually cools down with the lid open, leveling off at about 40°C. Such fluctuations are undesirable for what I'm trying to achieve (keep the temp below 103F)…

WORKS WELL BUT. suitable for small household appliances

CONS1. I deducted 1 star for the poor quality of the instructions. The video on the Revain website is confusing and not very helpful.2. Be careful of the power cord when moving the device after it has started. The connection on the device I received is very weak and easily breaks on impact.
