I couldn't figure out how to use the cable that plugs into the console, I have a PS4 and every time I plugged it in the sound muted. So PS4 users just plug an extra cable into the controller. Breaking the goofed headset's extra cord doesn't come out, which is disappointing, and there's no Bluetooth.
