Neither the description nor the photos on the website indicate that this fan requires an external power supply. Unlike the other four Vornado fans, which plug directly into the wall, Vornado requires (and is included) a power supply to be placed between the fan and the outlet. This is inconvenient when the fan is moved around the house. Why did Vornado create an external power supply instead of keeping everything in a fan block. White fan. But the power supply and cables are not suitable. You are black. The website misses this detail. I will probably return this fan. Pretty disappointing.
