I bought this to replace the feet that came with a Roku Sharp 32" flat screen TV with 200mm square VESA mounting holes. It was easy to assemble, with clear instructions and a complete set of hardware, including some screws and spacers for different screens. It's fairly solid, with a clean, simple look, and feels solid enough to fit on a slightly larger, heavier screen. Three mounting heights are available for different hole positions on the back of the TV or monitor and screen size. (I used the top slot, and my TV sits about six inches from the bottom of the bezel to the tabletop.) Once attached, the screen can be rotated a few degrees side-to-side, but beyond that it is fixed - it doesn't tip, and once the mount is secured to the stand, it's firmly in place. This stand fully met my needs and is good value.
