I am very choosy when it comes to dog collars. For any coated dog, it has to be rolled leather, as it won’t tear the hair. When it came time to buy another, this time I went for the convenience of online shopping. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The craftsmanship is perfect. There is nothing I would change about it. My dog hasn’t worn it all that long, so I can’t attest 100% to its long term durability, but so far it has held up with my busy country companion—rain, creeks, mud, briars and brambles. With a damp cloth, it cleaned up fine. This collar is extremely soft which is new to me, as my others are slick and "harder.” I can’t see it makes a difference and I’m sure a smooth-coated dog would appreciate the softness. I would definitely return to and recommend this seller.
