Hello, I have been using the soundbar for about 2 months. That evening, the soundbar makes a rhythmic popping sound with no other sounds. I turned it off and on again and it works for a few seconds and then keeps making a popping noise. We tested all connections hoping to isolate every bad connection. Our troubleshooting efforts with this soundbar have been unsuccessful. We can't get it to work properly and are very disappointed! I hope that the seller will refund the money or replace the defective item so that we can enjoy a properly working soundbar. Kind regards, Gaby
