This steam cleaner is easy to use. I recommend buying a pack of white 16" x 16" microfiber towels to clean large areas so they're big enough to fold in half and vacuum up. I can't find any smaller cloths with rubber bands for upholstery cleaning. I simply wrap this tool in 11" x 11" towels. Only one towel of each size is included with the vacuum cleaner. I had a question about the cleaner so I tried both the phone number and website listed in their manual. No success. I recommend wearing gloves if your hands are near steam when working. The water is really very hot. Lots of little tips from a new user who has just used a carpet and upholstery machine. I am happy with the results so far.
