My daughter has already broken two of these remote controls and this is a perfect replacement at a great price. They worked great and put a big smile on her face. It's priceless!
- Remote control not working. Before use, please take out the plastic piece first. Then connect the IR controller to the LED strip, it doesn't work, unplug the strip, feedback. If the remote still doesn't work, contact Amazon Warehouse Customer Service to have it replaced with a new one.
