The first time I used this, it broke. Naturally, it was outside the return window because I don’t clean up after my dog as often as I should. Regardless, it shouldn’t break the first time using it, especially considering my dog is only 17 pounds. Her waste doesn’t weigh enough to break it the first time, or at least it shouldn’t!
- Works great! Very satisfied.
- The spring may wear out quickly with frequent use
