Review on Sleep Innovations 10 Inch Mattress Warranty by Predrag Hall

I am shocked at the difference between what was advertised and what I received. What I expected: an 8" comfortable, high quality 8" memory foam mattress with a 20 year warranty, made in the USA. What I got: A less than 7-inch memory foam mattress that's very durable and only has a 10-year warranty, according to the documentation that came with it. If they lied about it, is it really made in the USA? The advertised 20-year warranty and 8-inch thickness drew me in for the price along with US worker support. Had I known it was only 10 years old and under 7 inches I would have bought elsewhere. The product was shipped in a huge oversized box twice the size needed and I think if they wanted to cut the cost maybe they should have shipped it in a reasonably sized box instead of falsely advertising it. I let the bed expand for over 48 hours before taking measurements. The corners of the mattress are also sloped down making the mattress look old and used once the sheets are on. Too big and heavy to try and return for a refund so we'll be using it and I'll update this review when I see how it holds up. Update: Looks like they changed the display from 20 to 10 years. year warranty. The mattress is used every day as long as it holds up well. It's still less than 7 inches thick, but glad there weren't any dips or issues.
