A burner on my 36 inch Viking gas stove (purchased in 2003) suddenly wouldn't light so instead of calling customer service I decided to take it upon myself to find out what could be wrong and what part can help. After some digging I figured it would be best to start simple and when I found the part I needed I did a search to find it. It turns out that there are quite a few online sellers that sell this component and even fewer like this one that offer shipping at fair prices. Preferably two. Here I found a seller who not only had the part I needed but also took a token amount for the delivery. On its own this seems sufficient, but it's a fragile piece (it's mostly ceramic) and it's been boxed and boxed in a much larger box to ensure it's safe and sound. It also arrived very quickly. This is the type of service that should not be underestimated and based on this experience I will definitely be back and recommending to all Viking owners looking for DIY to buy the parts they need here.
