This product is garbage. Maybe mine was rare, but it just wouldn't work. The pen starts to get hot and never finishes the work and doesn't pick up the filament that comes with the product. I went through all the settings, read the manual multiple times to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong, and even went through many manuals. Confirmation video. However, this product did not work. Unfortunately this part of my son's 8th birthday gift was a huge disappointment to him and me had the manufacturer or even the seller contacted me!
