For me, protein powders provide my body with extra nutrients and calories after a workout. I'm not a professional bodybuilder, so I won't go into the ingredient details. Being healthier than the average American father, I pay attention to taste, price, and how well it mixes with milk in my shaker. Scout's Honor, this is the tastiest protein powder I've ever tried. It tastes better than most chocolate milkshakes you can order at any fast food restaurant. Price is the only area where I feel this product falls short as it costs about double the price of the competition. Finally, it also does a great job of mixing in a shaker. There are almost no marks on the sides or bottom, it's not lumpy, it blends with smooth. If price isn't a big concern for you, I highly recommend you try it simply because it tastes great.
