Works but uses too much power

It seems to keep our dog from barking but the collar doesn't require much maintenance. The collar needs to be charged every 2-4 hours and refilled twice a day. We use it because it basically works and we don't have a better option. After 2 months I downgraded my rating. This collar will now NOT hold a charge. It works like this for 2 months and then not well. Very disappointing.
