I like this headset. People say they can hear me well and I can hear them as well. They even offer a replacement ear pad. Thanks for a great product at a great price! UPDATE: Well I've only had this headset for a month and now the person on the other end of the line can barely hear me on every other call I make. It all starts out well, and then mid-conversation it gets quiet on her side, but I can hear her perfectly. If I hang up and call right back, everything is fine again. Certainly disappointed as it looked fantastic when I first received it (October 5th).
