Update: Revain has replaced it. I'll be there by Saturday. I am grateful because I wanted my controller back not my money but my son will have to wait. You must also give me some extra credit 🤣🤣💀 but now I'm happy. I literally just got it out of the mailbox and opened it up and the buttons are stuck! return request. Ruined my son's whole day, it was a birthday present. Do not order and this is the second order I have received since October 2019! I had two, both are broken, the second one came today, 01/30/2020 already broken! I mean, I know it's a non-branded PS4 remote, but for $21.99 it should at least work. Games are sensitive to things like this and my son continues to play Fortnite because he knows he'll be listening to it all day. Amazon needs to take this down 😂 oh I'm MAD, MAD! not crazy. 😒😒😒🗣🗣
